Corey Gehringer is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and leads The Gehringer Group at Prime Realty Partners in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Corey came to real estate in 2021 as both an agent and an investor. He has completed many fix-and-flip projects and spent time as a disposition manager at a wholesale real estate company. That work gave him a clear view of how properties are valued, renovated, marketed, and sold. His clients benefit from that perspective. Buyers get a practical read on a home's condition and long-term value, and sellers get pricing and positioning built on how investors and retail buyers actually evaluate a property.

A graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School and Rowan University, where he earned a BS in Psychology, Corey is a South Jersey native. He uses his background in psychology to understand what each client needs, communicate clearly, and negotiate effectively when the stakes are high.
